Understanding the grief process and the many emotions involved in working through one’s grief makes the journey less painful. Guest speakers share their own experience and professional knowledge on grief and loss. Small discussion groups follow the speaker each week, led by trained facilitators.

The South Minneapolis Coalition for Grief Support was formed in the winter of 1994. It became a program of TRUST in 2006.
